The United Nations released a new report on world hunger this week. The situation is getting worse! Up to 828 million people, or nearly 10 percent of the world’s population, were affected by hunger last year, 46 million more than in 2020 and 150 million more than in 2019. Imagine all of the chaos going on in the world and add in new waves of mass human migration, civil unrest, and human starvation on a global scale. That is where we are heading if things do not change quickly!

On today’s podcast episode JB Shreve speaks with Andy Harrington, the Executive Director of the Canadian Food Grains Bank and member of the Humanitarian Coalition. Speaking from Ethiopia this morning, Mr. Harrington provides a look at the global food crisis from the frontlines of the chaos.
